Swinging into Generosity

Henriksen Family Giving Fund is a family-led 501(c)(3) charitable foundation rooted in the heart of Layton, Utah, within the vibrant Davis County community. The fund operates on a deeply personal philosophy: connecting donors directly with individuals, families, and organizations in need through thoughtful, relational giving.

"Every act of giving is like a vine in the jungle—one small connection can carry someone to places they never imagined reaching."

Through grants, scholarships, and direct financial assistance, the Henriksen family has helped hundreds of county residents overcome hardship and pursue life-changing opportunities. The creation of The Monkey Expedition—a playful adventure game where players guide a spirited troop of monkeys through jungle challenges—extends this mission of empowerment into the digital world.

All proceeds from The Monkey Expedition directly fund the foundation's scholarship program for students at Layton High School and surrounding Davis School District institutions, emergency family assistance grants, and youth enrichment programs hosted at Layton Commons Park, Ellison Park, and Grey Hawk Park throughout the year.
